Since we are a licensed II facility, we have the benefit of accepting Indpendant, type I, and type II residents. At both of our locations we offer walk out patio units that offer our more independent residents the freedom to walk pets, accept visitors directly to their apartment from the outside.

Our Independant residents pay considerably less in their monthly rents and services bill. The greater needs a resident has (know as their acuity level) the more expensive it is to administer an effective wellness plan.
